I really should go back and do this one again, there are some things I think I could improve, but I don't have time.
I went to my dad's to record more vocals this weekend, but came down with a sinus infection on Saturday morning, which officially fucked my weekend over.

Hey Meister! The vocals I think are too loud. Also, maybe go for more of a "Clutch" vocal styling rather than the death metal vocals. What drum program are you guys using? It kinda sounds like Beatcraft, but I gotta recommend EZ Drummer. But I did enjoy the riffing for the most part. I would say try not to rely on the "Bow Dow Dow" thing so much. Also, don't change the timing(I know you didn't), but extend the riffs and make some of them twice as long or something for some diversity. Lastly, and least important, you guys need some bass! I'll do it if you want. And, who's the Hate Eternal fan(if any of you guys are)? "Born of fire" is stated pretty closely to a Hate Eternal song. Overall, good stoner metal(which I am, so I enjoyed!). Hey, I'm glad you asked me to check this out. Get back to me on the bass thing. Metal brother!

first of all: thx 4 ur helpfull and fair review.
i had nothing to do with the growls, the 3rd friend just learned a growling technique and just wanted to try it. =)
the song itself was a try, the lyrics, the vocal styling and the absence of a bass was some kind of predictable =D
ill come up with a second song - of course ill ask u 4 the bass-line ;) - will contain:
-matching and proper lyrics
-detailed riffing
-better balance of the volume
-and lastly ill fix the vocalstyling problem

Thanks for the words. This was a tune I had been sitting on that I didn't think I was ever going to use, so I figured I'd put it up for noncommercial purposes. It's clean because I did all the notation on piano roll, which is a very time consuming process. Glad you liked it though.

Just for those fucked up lyrics! I just wish the guitars were a little more legible in the mix. Good grinding death metal though. The vocals and the riffing at about :25 to :28, are my favorite parts. But those lyrics, shit yeah man. Check out my shit when you get a minute. It'd be cool to collaborate. Metal bro
